Chief Engineer	The Holiday Inn Hurstbourne features 271 sleeping rooms and over 18,000 square feet of renovated meeting space, renovated lobby as well as a great restaurant and lounge! We are currently seeking an energetic, creative and motivated individual for the position of Chief Engineer who can direct the day to day operations of the Engineering department ensuring that the appearance of hotel meets company standards, all equipment is properly maintained and in working order, ensure staff is well trained and productive, building systems are operating efficiently, safety and emergency procedures are in place, preventative maintenance and energy conservation programs are in place and operational.	Minimum 3 years experience in a Level 4 position preferred. Experience with food and beverage equipment desirable. Certifications in the major disciplines (electrical, HVAC, refrigeration, plumbing) preferred. Experience levels required may vary based upon the size, volume and character of hotel.

We are currently searching for a dynamic, creative and motivated individual for the position of Director of Sales and Marketing. Reporting to the General Manager, the DOSM will be responsible for the overall leadership and management of the Sales and Catering team.	Qualified candidates must possess a minimum of five years full-service hotel DSOM experience with a proven track record for developing loyal client relationships and winning new business. Responsibilities include creating the marketing plan, annual budgeting/expense management, developing/training sales staff, managing revenue department, hotel promotions/PR, and sales office administration. This position requires a high level of professionalism, organizational capabilities, and the ability to maximize profitability while maintaining long-term relationships with our guests and the community.	Salaried – $45-$55k + incentive.

Housekeeping Inspector	Supervise and direct the activities of room attendants and housepersons ensuring a high level of performance, guest satisfaction and hotel cleanliness.	Minimum 1 year housekeeping experience with proven skill and performance or 6 months supervisory experience in rooms division or related position.	Fulltime, primarily days
Phone Operator	Answer internal and external telephone calls in a friendly and courteous manner, direct calls through the hotel telephone system, accept input and retrieve messages and wake up calls, and handle counications in emergency situations.	Prior hospitality experience preferred.	Part-time
Restaurant Server	Take food and beverage orders and serve food & beverages to guests in accordance with established standards of service, presentation and sanitation.	Prior hospitality or food service experience preferred	evenings
Room Attendants	Clean guest rooms	1 year experience in comparable establishment	Full Time
